Phyllis Jean (Williams) Kline, 81, formerly of Huntington, IN, died at 9:18 p.m. February 20, 2010 at her daughter’s residence in Middleville, Michigan. Mrs. Kline was born December 4, 1928 in Huntington, Indiana to Arthur E. and Effie A. Hosier Williams. Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Kline was a 1944 graduate of Huntington High School. She was a member of New Hope United Brethren Church. She married Marvin E. (Murph) Kline, her husband of 64 years on November 30, 1945. He preceded her in death on January 14, 2010. She was a homemaker.
She belonged to the Joy Pleasers Clown Ministry and was a counsel member and leader in the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America. Survivors include: Two sons: David and his wife Lynn Kline, Reno, Nevada and Joe and his wife Pat Kline, Gainesville, Georgia. Two daughters: Julie Seal, Huntington, Indiana and Carla and her husband Fred Rock, Middleville, Michigan. Ten grandchildren and twelve Great-grandchildren. One brother: L.D. Williams, Huntington, IN. Preceded her in death: three sisters: Betty Bahnmiller, Garnet Lindsey and Madonna Gordon. One brother: Roger Jackson and one grand-daughter Sarah A. (Kline) Gorman.
