Phyllis Jean Reagan, 88 of Muncie, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014. Phyllis was a loving Mother, caring friend and loyal wife. Phyllis was born May 6, 1926 in Muncie, IN to Earl & Wilma Hill, both deceased. She graduated from Muncie Central High School, married Charles B. Reagan and was a loyal and loving wife to him for 54 years, until his death in 2006. Phyllis worked at Ball Corporation and Ball Employees Credit Union for 20+ years. Surviving Phyllis is daughter, Diane Wada (husband Doug Bishop), of Phoenix, AZ. Diane will be forever grateful to have been blessed with a compassionate and caring Mother with values, kindness and a sense of worth. Phyllis loved her friends, any animals she could include in her daily life and music! She has given me many treasures… years of beautiful memories that I will cherish forever. Special thanks to Caregiver Wanda (Katie) Binion, who provided loving care and wonderful friendship to Phyllis.
