Phyllis was a member of the Christian Revival Church.
Phyllis is predeceased by her parents Philip and Martha Miller. Surviving is her husband, Wayne Irvine of Manchester, NJ, her sons Michael Mango and his wife Kathy of Toms River, NJ, Matthew Mango and his wife Crystal of TX, her brother John Miller of Hawaii, and 13 grandchildren.
