Phyllis I. Ring, age 91, of Plymouth, formerly of Woburn, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 28, surrounded by loving family members. Phyllis married her husband, Albert Francis Ring, in 1948 and enjoyed 58 years together until his passing in 2007. She was the loving mother of Pamela Ring of Olympia Washington, Albert Francis Ring Jr. of Christmas Florida, Dennis Ring of Plymouth, and the late Karen Ring-Connelly, and Mary Ellen Ring. Phyllis is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born in Wakefield MA on October 5, 1927, daughter of the late Joseph P. and Mary I. (Scipione) Cardillo. She was a graduate of Wakefield High School class of 1945, and Bryant Stratton Business School. Phyllis went on to reside in Woburn for 55 years where she raised her family. She was an amazing mother and wife. Phyllis had a great sense of humor and was always up for an adventure. She could often be found shopping, always having a coupon for a good bargain. In their retirement Phyllis and Albert traveled and had lots of fun. In 2002 the two relocated to Plymouth to be closer to family. Phyllis ended up settling in Laurelwood at the Pinehills, Plymouth, until her passing. She will be sorely missed by her loving family.
