Phyllis Hoagland, 74, of Ft. Wayne passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 23, at her home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Brinkman, Father, Harvey Scoggins, Sr., Step Mother, Marie Scoggins, Step Father, George Brinkman, Brother, Harvey Scoggins, JR, and Granddaughter, Heather Dudley.
She is survived by her children Troy(Karla)Lee, Tammy(Aleeona)King-Deems, Tony Lee, Scott(Amanda)Hoagland, and adopted son Corey(CJ)Kane. Sisters Iris Stinson, Delores(Jimmy)Carr,and Debbie Scoggins. Grandchildren Liz,Billy,and John Jones,Annette Hoagland,Michelle Fornell,John King,Tomi Dawn Elliott, Jess and Melody Gardner,Jessica and TJ Lee, Dustin Kimmel, Damian and Darren Polk.Several Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
