Phyllis Elizabeth Rogers of Indian Head, MD, passed away on December 31, 2015 at the age of 91. She was born in Marbury, MD, on July 27, 1924.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Rogers. They were married September 30, 1947; parents Irving Franklin and Violet Davis, brothers William Franklin and John Davis. Phyllis is survived by her children Barbara Wedding, Wayne Rogers and Glenn Rogers (Susan); grandchildren Melissa Gray (Shane), Matthew Rogers (Shannon), Rebecca Rogers, Robert Dobby; great grandchildren Tyler Gray, Justin Gray, Colin Rogers-Skelley and Kole Rogers and siblings Mervin Franklin, Lewis Franklin and Shirley Schellin.
Phyllis was a graduate of Lackey High School. She loved to crochet and work cross word puzzles. She was very proud of all her children and loved her family above everything.
