Phyllis J. Bise, 65 of Chattanooga, lost her courageous three year battle with ovarian cancer on Friday, June 26, 2009. Phyllis had the privilege of enjoying her home in Chattanooga for 24 years and her second home in Marco Island, FL for five years. Phyllis received her BA in Design and was the owner of The Finishing Touch Interior Design Studio for 18 years. She was blessed to do what she truly loved for a living. She was preceded in death by her father, Grady Fleming; step-mother, Virgie Fleming; sister, Nora Fleming and brother, Ted Fleming. She leaves to cherish her memory, Mother, Kelsie Fleming; son and daughter-in-law, L. Carson II and Catherine Bise; daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Chris Gratch; grandchildren, Bronwyn Bise and Bella Gratch; sister and brother-in-law, Genola and John Dallas; brother, Tollie Fleming; two nieces, five nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
