Phyllis (Philomena Scirocco) Bartlett, 97, formerly of 1451 Main St., EastHartford, passed away August 9, 2013 in AveryHeights in Hartford. She was the widow of Joseph C. Bartlett. Mrs. Bartlett was born in New Haven on June 6, 1916, daughter of the late Raffaele and Caroline Affinito Scirocco. Before her retirement, she worked as a nurse’s aid for the Nurses Registry. She is survived by several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Scirocco and a sister, Rose Cassetta.
