Phyllis B. Sweeney (Nee: Baratta), passed away at Virtua Health and Rehab Center in Lumberton on Tuesday at the age of 93.
She was born in Burlington and was a longtime area resident.
Phyllis graduated from Camden County Business College and started her working career. She retired from RCA/General Electric of Moorestown in 1986 after 37 years of service as an office manager.
Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Federico and Grace Sozio Baratta, her loving husband William F. Sweeney, Sr., and her siblings John, Thomas Baratta, and Ann Rayno.
She is survived by their children: Patricia (Roger) Triplett, and William F. Sweeney, Jr. (Carolyn) ; two grandchildren: Ty Triplett, Tom Sweeney, a sister Mary Ann Baratta, and nieces and nephews.
