Passed away August 22, 2016 at home. She was born in Boise on October 2, 1936. Phylis was the youngest of 8 children born to John and Pansy Cain. In 1957 she married the love of her life Clarence Doyle Pond and together they raised 6 children.
Phylis lived most of her life in Boise with the exception of 5 years in Yellow Pine, Idaho.
Phylis was survived by her son Doyle (Nancy) and her daughters Karen, Sandy (Jack), Shirley (Andrew), Shelley (Danny), and Amy; twelve grandchildren Rachael, Melissa, Jennifer, Cary, Christina, Chandise, Shaun, Seth, Rebekah, Danny, Amanda and Colin; fourteen great grand kids.
Phylis was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence.
