Phoebe (Fratus) Manfredi, born on May 10, 1925, daughter of the late Francisco and Carolina deFreitas. Former owner of the Plymouth Café, Pilgrim Restaurant and Pilgrim Pantry. She was brought up in the Plymouth restaurant business all her life from when she was 12 years old to 89 years. The last 10 years working for her son Michael at “Fat Mikes Diner”. She graduated Plymouth High School, class of 1943 wand was married for 65 years to her beloved and devoted husband Edmund. They spent 70 years together working side-by-side. She was the mother of the late Michael Manfredi of Plymouth, Edmund “Snooky” Manfredi Jr., sister of the late Joseph Fratus, and grandmother of the late Laurie Pratt. She is survived by her grandchildren, Cama-Lee Manfredi, Michael Manfredi and Alyx, great grandchildren, Nichole, Katrina, Hannah, Austin and Richard. She also leaves her devoted daughter-in-law Joan Manfredi and dear friend Joyce
