Phillip Muscatello, 87, formerly of Orlando, Florida and Princeton, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at his home in Viera, Florida after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Gloria Jean, his son, Anthony and his wife Toni, Viera, FL; his grandchildren Alyse, Scott, and Brian, Denver, CO, and Tessa, Orlando, FL; sister, Mary Quattrochi, Bluefield, WV; brothers Joe, Bradenton, FL, and Jimmy and Sam, Cleveland, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Joseph, brothers Dominic, Charley, and Michael, and parents Mike and Rosa Muscatello of Welch, WV.
He was a retired driver for Pepsi Cola for four decades, first in Princeton, WV, then in Orlando, FL and served in the US Army in ’47-‘48 and ’50-’51 as a Staff Sargent. He repaired TVs on the side in the ‘60s and was an excellent handyman, remodeling his homes. He enjoyed gardening and repairing various items during his long retirement.
