Phillip Moore, age 71, of Culver, IN, formerly of Marion, died Monday at 10:59 p.m., January 31, 2011, at his daughters home surrounded by his close family. Phillip was retired from the Air Force. He was also a lean production manager working for 3M in Hartford City and several factories throughout the United States. After his second retirement, he worked part time at Cunningham Glass in Gas City.
He was a lifetime American Legion and VFW member and a Mason. He enjoyed fishing, sitting in his rocking chair outside on the porch and reading the paper from front to back, and spending time with friends and family. He was the son of the late Herman Moore and the late Francis (Webb) Moore. He was born on August 6, 1939 in Marion, Indiana.
