Phillip Frank, 73 of Toms River, passed into rest on Friday, July 19, 2019. Phillip was born to the late Patrick and Grace Frank on December 7, 1945, in Newark, New Jersey. He was a loving father, proud grandfather, and devoted husband. He enjoyed being a musician, playing the drums and singing, fishing, playing pool and trips to the racetrack. He was a Machinist, owning Par Manufacturing in Kenilworth, New Jersey. He was a father figure to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Phillip is predeceased by his wife, Nancy (nee Tremmel) Frank on February 13, 2014, his parents, son, Phillip Frank, Jr., brothers, Joseph Frank; Patsy Frank; Jimmy Maida; Daniel Frank; and sister, Lena Frank.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Gina Frank of Toms River; brothers, Natale Frank and his wife Judy of Toms River; John Frank and his wife Flo of Nutley; sister, Yolanda Righetti of Toms River; grandchildren, Tina Tomeo; Shamus Tubridy and 2 great-grandchildren.
