He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothea Sarah Eighenbrode Kretsinger on October 15, 2008.
He was a 1968 graduate of Williamsport High School and attended Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD.
During most of his working life he enjoyed being a Locksmith and Carpenter.
He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Williamsport, MD.
He was a member of Potomac Fish & Game Club Williamsport, MD, Concocheague Tribe #84 IORM Williamsport, MD, Potomac Post #202 American Legion Williamsport, MD, American Bladesmith’s Society, and Boy Scouts of America Troop #58 Downsville, MD.
He was an avid Outdoorsman, Beekeeper, Blacksmith, Bladesmith and Artist.
