Philip Stanley Osborn, II, age 65, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011. Born in Herington, Kansas on May 7, 1945, he was the son of Philip S. Osborn and Betty J. Garber Osborn. A 13 year resident of Fair Oaks Ranch, he moved from Mexico City, Mexico. Mr. Osborn retired in 1998 after 29 years of service with A T & T. Former President of the Pride of Texas Street Rods, he enjoyed owning and driving vintage “hot rods” as well as snow skiing. He was an active member of the Fair Oaks Country Club always enjoying a frequent round of golf. Preceded in death by his father, Phil is survived by his mother, Betty J. Osborn; wife of 43 years, Donna Osborn; sons, Philip S. Osborn, III (Anne) and Todd W. Osborn; adored grandchildren, Savannah and Carson Osborn; siblings, Judi Lujan (Lance), Linda Hutton, and Scott Osborn (Donna).
