Philip O. Frederickson, 98, husband for 67 years before the death of his beloved wife Edna (Scharffenberg) in 2011. Born in Beverly in 1917, he was the son of the late Knute and Nannie (Anderson) Frederickson. He was a lifelong resident of Beverly. Mr. Frederickson was a graduate of Beverly High School, Class of 1935. He worked at the United Shoe Machinery Corp. for 42 years as a machinist. He was a member of the “Quarter Century Club” of the United Shoe.
