Hagerstown, MD – Philip Needy McAllister, Sr. 80, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Commonwealth Senior Living Center in Hagerstown, MD.
He was the husband of Lois L. (King) McAllister, whom he married on December 24, 1960.
He was born on September 2, 1940 in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of the late Albert L. Sr. and Catherine A. (Needy) McAllister.
Philip was a 1958 graduate of South Hagerstown High School in Hagerstown, MD.
He was employed by Grand Union in Hagerstown, MD for 26 years. He most recently provided transportation for Washington County Human Development and Easter Seals.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children Trisa Borum and her husband Tony of Hagerstown, MD; Phil Jr. and his wife Mary of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Robin McCauley and her husband Greg of Williamsport, MD; son Scott McAllister and his wife Ashley of New Bern, NC; grandchildren Mindi Flook, Chad McAllister, Derrick McAllister, Adam McAllister, Colby McCauley, Jennie Martinez, Matthew McAllister; great grandchildren Aspen Flook, Rileigh Flook, Skylar McAllister, Hannah McAllister, Grey Abbott, Brayden McAllister, Leilani McCauley and Parker McCauley; great great grandson Carter Flook-Lopez.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Albert (Jack) McAllister Jr., sister Peggy Brennan and granddaughter Kelly Stottlemyer.
