Obituary
WATSONTOWN — Philip D. Printzenhoff, 52, of Main Street, peacefully passed on to be with our Lord Friday, March 28, 2008, in the emergency room of Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
He was born November 19, 1955, in Williamsport, a son of Frank E. and Emily J. (Plotts) Printzenhoff of Milton. On August 9, 1977, he married the former Kim Frantz and they have celebrated 30 years of marriage.
A 1974 graduate of Warrior Run High School, he had worked for the Watsontown Borough for the past 16 years. He had earlier worked for Day Equipment Co., Milton, and in the maintenance department of the Warrior Run Middle School complex.
He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Watsontown, where he also served as an advisor for the youth group.
Philip was a member of the Watsontown auxiliary Police and former member of the Watsontown Fire Co., and a member of the Warrior Run Concert Choir Boosters.
Earlier in his life he bowled at Imperial Lanes in Milton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and model cars.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jessica L. and Ralph Daniels of Turbotville, Andrea R. and Nicholas Hulsizer of New Columbia and Brittany S. Printzenhoff, at home; three granddaughters, Frances, Angelica and Baylee Daniels; one grandson, Mason Hulsizer; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary A. and Jackie of Danville, Timothy W. and Cynda of Turbotville, Kenneth F. and Tammy of Watsontown and Brian T. and Terry of Milton; one sister and brother-in-law Lesley J. and David Seibert of Milton; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Friends are invited to call from 5:30 to 7 PM Wednesday followed by a memorial service at 7, at First Church, 400 Main Street, Watsontown with the Rev. Scott Zimmerer, interim pastor, officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday in the Watsontown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in his memory be made to either the Warrior Run Area Fire Company, PO Box 8, Watsontown, PA 17777, or his church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brooks Funeral Home, 124 Main Street, Watsontown.
