Philip C. McCarty, 56, Anderson, died May 23, 2007 at Ball Memorial Hospital-Muncie after extended illness. He was born July 23, 1950 in Elwood, IN, and resided in Anderson. since 1990 He worked at Talos manufacturing in Chesterton, IN and had also worked for Dyre Construction for awhile. He attended New Horizons United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his Stepfather: Charles Durbin. Son: Eric McCarty. Grandson: Derek McCarty. Aunt: Lorene Gilliam of Lousiville, KY. He was preceded by his Mother: Ruby Louise Blankenship Durbin.
