Phelma Louise Hoover Stutler, age 81, of Grafton passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Davis Memorial Hospital, Elkins. She was born in French Creek, Upsher County, November 4, 1930, a daughter of the late Claude Hoover, and Opal Arbogast Hoover. Her husband Robert Stutler preceded her in death November 29, 1962. Louise was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church and worked at the Hazel Atlas, She did Housework for many many families in Grafton, and a Good Friend to every body. Surviving are: one daughter, Dale Ann Pilling and husband Bob, Grafton, three grandchildren; Amber Bergstein, and husband Jack, Clarksville, PA Audrey Pilling and Cole Robert Pilling, Grafton, two great grandchildren; Samara Summers, Autumn, Baye Summers, one sister; Nancy Hoover one brother, Donald Hoover, Grafton. and by a very close friends; Dana and Elladean George, Billie Bowman and Bobbie Murray, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Lee Stutler, four sisters: Helen Newcome, Maxine Hoover, DaisyHoover,Mae Goff, three brothers; Burl Hoover, James Claude Hoover, Thomas G.
