Private First Class Travis Frederick Haslip, 20, of Ooltewah, TN was killed by Enemy Forces in Baghdad, Iraq on May 19, 2007. PFC Haslip was the first Hamilton County resident killed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Travis has been a resident of Ooltewah since 1990. He attended Ooltewah High School, Collegedale Academy and Chattanooga State.
