Peter P. Guerci, 95, of Holiday City West section of Berkeley Township, NJ died on Tuesday November 4, 2014 at Hampton Ridge Nursing Home in Toms River, NJ. Peter was born in NYC, NY and lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Toms River, NJ 31 years ago. He was an avid tennis and bocce ball player as well as a huge Yankee baseball fan. Peter proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII.
Peter is predeceased by his son Peter P. Guerci, Jr.. Surviving is his loving wife of 67 years Velia (nee Azzali) Guerci of Toms River, NJ; his two sons Robert Guerci of Toms River, NJ and Joseph Guerci and his wife Mary Ann of Staten Island, NY.; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
