Mr. Peter Kay Windesheim, 79, of Woodbury died peacefully with his family by his side on Monday December 24, 2012 at Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Susan (Smith)Windesheim.
Mr. Windesheim was born November 8, 1933 in Madison, Wisconsin a son of the late Karl A. and Muriel (Kelly) Windesheim. Peter served in the US Air Force for 2 years and then was a reserve officer for 14 years achieving the rank of Major. He was a 1954 graduate of Trinity College, where he was also in the ROTC.
He worked for 27 years as an electrical engineer for Underwriters Laboratories in Long Island before moving to Woodbury, Connecticut in 2003. He was a member of St.
