Peter James “Jim” Drishinski, 50, of Fairfield, MT passed away on November 16, 2014.
Jim was born in Conrad, Montana on December 3, 1963. He spent his younger years on the family dairy farm working beside his three brothers. At nineteen years of age he served a two-year mission for his church to Oakland, California. Following his service he attended Brigham Young University in Utah where he met his sweetheart, Heather. They were happily married for a time of 27 years here on Earth and sealed for an eternity in the Mesa, Arizona temple. Jim continued his education at University of Utah where he received his MBA.
The center of Jim’s life was his four boys. He loved the outdoors which included hunting, fishing and sports with his sons and brothers. As a coach for youth, he was dedicated and inspiring to many. He was the Scout Master for Fairfield and taught and lived the values of loyalty and truth. Flying American flags was a passion and a commitment that he lived and loved.
Jim is survived by his wife, Heather; sons, Clark (Ally), Pete, Nick, and Will; 2 grandchildren, Owen and Nora; mother, Valerie Adamson; brothers, Darren, Zane and Ross and sisters, Darlene and Darcy. Jim was preceded in death by his father, James and his brother, Dru.
For the people that knew Jim, he was a man who loved his Savior. His commitment to his beliefs was felt by all who shared time with him. Jim’s heart and true character will continue to be remembered and cherished in tender memories of friendship, coaching and love.
