Penny Sue Vest, 60, of Bloomington passed away at her residence.
Born May 19, 1951 in Bedford, Indiana she was the daughter of Roy Sipes and Ethie (Flynn) Bailey. She was a meat cutter for Wal-Mart. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Larose, Louisiana.
She is survived by her husband Willard Vest of Larose, LA, mother Ethie Bailey, daughters Dana Melton of Larose, LA, Kathy Lefort of Larose, LA, Debbie Ferran of Bloomington, Darlene Garrison of Bloomington, one son Joseph Melton of Ashland City, TN, sisters, Linda Grubb, Darlene Garrison, and Clara Arwine all of Bloomington, Beverly Gross of London, KY and Ellen Sipes of Ashland City, TN and one brother Tim Sipes of Bloomington.
She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
