She was born October 3, 1948 in Corps Christi, Texas and had been a Ventura county resident for 55 years.
She is survived by her husband, John L. Stockton Sr.; sons, John Stockton Jr. and Justin Stockton; grandchildren, Thomas Stockton, Ally Stockton, Dallas Stockton and Cody Stockton; great grandchildren, Micheal Chavez; mother and step-father, Pearl and Al Colletti; brother, Dennis Touchert; sister, Krystal; daughter-In-law, Lisha Stockton and grandchildren, Jacob, Jerod, Joseph and Julianna.
Penny was preceded in death by her son, Jason Stockton.
