Penny Louise Kinser, 67, of Bloomington, passed away on October 23, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Penny was born July 31, 1950 in Monroe County and was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Hines. Penny worked at Cook, Inc. and retired after 14 years.
Penny is survived by her husband Gary Kinser, daughter, Brandi Kinser, son, Wesley McBride, step daughter, Tammy Lucas and two step sons, Shane Kinser and Dallas Kinser.
Also surviving is her sister Robin Kirkpatrick, 7 grandchildren; Johnny Snapp, Josh Lentz, Lindsey Hughes, Dawson Kinser, Montana Kinser, MaKinley Kinser and Taylor Ping, and 3 great grandchildren; Bo Hughes, Ava Ping and Adalynn Stacy.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
