Penny Hayes, 41, of Enterprise passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born June 30, 1975 in Fairmont; daughter of Sarah Leasure of Enterprise and the late Frank Jackson.
Penny is survived by her husband, Eric Hayes; two daughters, Sarrica and David Layman of Clarksburg, Katelynn Hayes and fiancé William Starrett of Fairmont; one granddaughter, Aliyah Hayes; five grandsons, Zachariah Flint, Brennan Layman, Caleb Layman, Kyle Starrett, Kolten Boore; two brothers, Frank and Dottie Jackson of Kentucky, Eugene Jackson and companion, Kelly of Monongah; several nieces and nephews. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her step father, David McIntire.
