She is survived by her sisters, Judith R. Newby, Kay F Clarence Reynolds and Peggy A Robert Hart; nieces and nephews, Bradley F Melanie Newby of Princeton Junction, New Jersey, Deborah K Hall of Anderson, Douglas W Newby of Houston, Texas, Stephanie A. Reynolds of Raymore, Missouri, Wendy A Mark Higdon of Carmel and R Wesley Juli Hart of Dallas, Texas; great nieces and nephews, Mary Elizabeth Hall, Zachary M and Nathaniel L Higdon and cousins, Pete Becky Stansberry, Nancy Bates and Alice Marie Robert Wolfe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville L. and E. Maxine Stansberry Waugh; and nephew, Michael D. Newby. The family would like to thank Sandra French, Debbie Adams, and the friends at First United Methodist Church for their loving support.
