Peggy W. Mezykowski, 76, of Millers Merry Manor, New Carlisle, IN, formerly of 121 S. Varsity South Bend IN, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006, in the care center. Peggy was born on June 28, 1929 in London, England, to Charles and Esther (Mordecai) Garrod. She had been a self-employed housekeeper. Survivors include two sons, Dana (Meagen) Ross of New Carlisle, IN, and Anthony (Dee Andra) Fryatt of Bath, MI; seven grandchildren, Nichole Darwin, Angela Ross, Cody Fryatt, Toni Brooke Taylor, Brandy Kiser, Brett Fine, and Brian White; five great grandchildren, Savannah White, Brett Fine, Jr., Ethan Fryatt, Sean Taylor, and Cheyenne Kiser; and by one sister, Mary (Robert) Towner of South Bend, IN. Her husband, Dave Mezykowski preceded her in death in September 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and by her daughter, Linda Fine.
