Peggy Lou Hendrix 74, of Pendleton, passed away September 8, 2011. She was born August 22, 1937 in Anderson, Indiana to the late James and Mazzie (Van Dalson) Scherer.
Peggy was a homemaker who married John Hendrix on August 2, 1975, and he survives. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge #114 of Greenfield, and the Markleville North Christian Church. She enjoyed working with arts and crafts and also enjoyed camping for over 20 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother, David (Karen) Scherer of Algood, TN, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
