Peggy Seibert, 74, of Ottawa, died Saturday night at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mrs. Seibert was born on Jan. 27, 1937, in Ottawa to Elmer and Rilda (Bruce) Parker. She worked at Illinois Bell for a number of years later as a seamstress and had a cleaning business.
She is survived by one son, Scott Seibert, of Ottawa. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Mary Ann Parker.
