Peggy J. (Willits) (Kendrick) Hudson, 80, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 14, 1936 in Shelby County to the late Roy and Edith (Ballard) Willits and was a 1954 graduate of the old Fortville High School.
Peggy worked in as a bookkeeper for Pendleton Pike Auto Sales and several other area car dealerships. She also attended New Life Christian Fellowship and was a former member of Fortville Christian Church, Psi Iota Xi, and the Fortville Jaycees. She enjoyed traveling and fishing.
She is survived by children Rick L. Kendrick (Rosie) and Randy (Lori) Kendrick, and Renee (Don) Edwards, all of Fortville; grandchildren Robby, Reggie, Cody and Casey Kendrick and Trey and Hunter Edwards; and sister Betty Lane of Fortville. Peggy was preceded in death by her husbands Roderick Kendrick in 1994 and Jake Hudson in 2012; and sisters Mary Addison, Ruth Hall and Katie Hudson.
