Peggy A. Etheridge,67, of St. Pete Beach, Florida passed away January 10, 2019 at her home with her family by her side.
Peg was born on August 29, 1951 in Galesburg Illinois. She was the daughter of Fred M. and Betty J. (Roberts) Rose.
She is survived by her spouse Gary Etheridge sharing 30 years together. Her two daughters Stacy (Gavin) Phillips of Galesburg and Marcy (Jason) Olmsted of Dahinda. Her grandchildren that were truly her pride and joy; Zach, Morgan, Peyton, Emma, Abby, and Addy. Her nephew Michael R. (Missy) Angelo, and her great nephew Michael B. Angelo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Sharon L. Angelo, brother in law Robert Angelo, and her granddaughter Paige Elizabeth Phillips.
Peg graduated from Galesburg high school and Carl Sandburg college cosmetology. She was employed as a District manager and later retired from Casey’s convenient stores. Her greatest joy included spending time with her family always making fond memories including holidays and many vacations together.
She loved tropical vacations most, later retiring to her favorite spot St. Pete Beach, Florida. She was very fond of gardening beautiful plants and flowers as well as spoiling her pets. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
