Peggy C. Taylor, 85 of Bethlehem, passed away on Thursday May, 25, 2017 at Country Meadows in Bethlehem. Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Schnell) Boyer.
She was a member of the 1950 graduating class of Easton High School. Peggy was a homemaker and an artisan whose many talents included knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and hand looped oriental rugs. She was a highly regarded miniaturist, hand crafting miniature wicker furniture for over 35 years. She was a member of the Lehigh Valley Small on Scale Miniature Club, and the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts. She was also a member of Church of the Manger in Bethlehem .
Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Susan Pursel and her husband Craig of Pennsburg; sons Larry Taylor and his wife Mary of Farmington, CT and Steven Taylor and his wife Joni of Palmetto, FL; brother, Fred Boyer and his wife Karin of Front Royal, VA; grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Michael and Dane Taylor, Matthew and Megan Sikora. She was preceded in death by her sister Jean Boyer Stipe.
