She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Mayes, Sr; three sons, Tony White, Jerry Mayes, Jr, and Gary Mayes; daughter, Ashley White, father, Milford Locke; sister, Patsy Cupp; brother Rickey Locke; grandchildren, Lashay Clark, Dustin Grimes, Brandy Skvorz, and Hannah Strong; great-grandchildren, Tanner, Trey, Kadence, Krimsyn, and Karah and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
