Peggy Ann Young, age 69, of Redby, MN started her journey to the spirit world from Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND on Monday, April 18, 2022. Peggy was born on July 5, 1052, in Red Lake, MN the daughter of Jane (Lussier) and Louis “Ditto” Donnell, Jr.
Peggy attended St. Mary’s Catholic School, graduated from Red Lake High School, and went on to attend Nursing School in Albuquerque, NM. She lived in Zuni, NM, Taholah, WA and then returned home to MN. She worked various jobs but mainly worked for Tribal Law Enforcement, either cooking or working Dispatch. She also cooked at Red Lake Women’s Shelter, fish processing boat in Alaska, bar tended and janitorial work. Peggy enjoyed going to the casino, watching I.D. channel and the gameshow network, country western music and oldies, going for rides, especially to the Dollar Store, and visiting on the phone. She was a Seattle Seahawks fan. Above all, she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
