Peggy Ann Brou, a retired registered nurse for 38 years passed from this life on April 12, 2016 at the age of 62. She was born to the late Vernon Antoine Brou and late Marillyn Rose Haydel Brou. Resident of Gentilly, New Orleans, LA where she lived most of her life. Graduate of St. Raphael the Archangel School, Mount Carmel Academy and Touro School of Nursing. She was a loving sister to her big brother, Vernon A. Brou Jr. (Charlotte) and her little sister, who adored her, Robin Rose Brou Antin (Robert). Survived by her nephew Elliot Pierce Hatheway (Stephanie) and nieces Amelia Marin Hatheway, Lilly Marie Hatheway, April Rose Brou Hart (Evan), and Robyn Ann Brou Contreras. She was especially close to her cousins Janice Marie Hornot and Jeanette Marie Hornot. Peggy was dreamer, a storyteller, an artist, and a creative person. She could make something beautiful out the simplest objects. She had an infectious laugh and a Mona Lisa smile.
