Pedro J. Medina, age 71, of Bethlehem, PA, passed on March 10, 2022. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, Pedro was a gregarious man with a love of education. This passion led him to pursue a teaching career and a PhD from Lehigh University. Over the years, he taught at various institutions including Moravian University and DeSales University. Most notably, he spent over 15 years teaching Spanish at Easton Area High School. Outside the classroom, Pedro was an avid supporter of the arts. As a lifelong learner, he spent his free time fine tuning his photography skills and capturing priceless moments. His sense of humor, inquisitive nature, encouragement and love will be missed by all. He is survived by his loving wife Belén (née Mendoza), daughters Barbara and Chantal, and sister Ileana. He is predeceased by his parents Pedro J. and Alicia (née Martinez).
