Pauline (Parker) Watford, 78, of Middletown, wife of the late William M. Watford, passed away on Sunday, October 16th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Colerain, NC, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Florence (Parker) Chapman. Pauline is survived by her daughter, Janice Watford of Middletown; a special daughter, Cheryl “Big Dee” Thomas of Meriden; four brothers, Randolph Chapman of Atlanta, GA, Hubert Thompson of Ahoskie, NC, Booker T. Thompson of Lewiston, NC and Leon Walton; two sisters, Marie Blackstone of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Willie O’Cherry of Lewiston, NC; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
