Pauline H. (King) Wood, age 97, of Marion, IN, died Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Wesleyan Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Earl King and the late Nora (Sinclair) King. She was born on March 29, 1915, in Marion, IN. She attended Marion High School and married Ernest Wood on December 7, 1936.
He preceded her in death on October 21, 1990.
Pauline was a homemaker and worked with her husband on the family farm. Her memberships include Back Creek Friends Church and a lifetime member of Fairmount Eastern Star. She was a great cook, her specialty was making noodles. She loved animals and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She was preceded in death by 2 sons; Ronald Wood in 1989 and Richard Wood in 1970.2 sisters; Leone Jones and Georganna Wolf and a brother William King and a granddaughter; Kimberly Ann Wood.
