Pauline Rener DeWitt, 83, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away, Monday, January 3, 2022 in Viola.
She was born in Bexar, Arkansas, on March 30, 1938, daughter of the late Oscar and Rener (Boatman) Sexton. Pauline spent her life as a loving daughter, wife, mother, and friend. She was united in marriage to the late Leamond T. DeWitt on July 19, 1952. Pauline loved her bird, Chubby. He was her companion for 20 years. She enjoyed flowers, working in her yard, crossword puzzles and painting pinecones. Pauline was a reserved and quiet lady.
Pauline is survived by her sons, William DeWitt of Viola, Arkansas and Tilden DeWitt (Judy) of Forrest City, Arkansas; daughters, Willorene Wyatt (Tom) of Pasco, Washington, Brenda Christy (Steve) of Viola, Arkansas, Theresa Hart (Ken) of Viola, Arkansas and Margaret Kapelski of Salem, Arkansas; brothers, Frank Sexton of Bexar, Arkansas and Glendel Sexton of Bexar, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jaime Sofich (Clint), Andi Kauffman (Steve), Chris Laws (Anna), Stephanie McCain (Ryan), Shauna Armacido (Justin), Erin Zuber (Phil), Justin Zielinski (Ashley), AmanDee Robertson (Fernando), TJ DeWitt (Carla), Danielle Barnett (Charlie), Ben Christy, Heidi Christy, Danny Parson (Lisa), Donny Parson (Mandy), David Parson, Joseph Parson (Jennifer), Joshua Parson (Jessica), Angela Turpin (Dee) and Amanda Moffett (Tommy); numerous great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leamond DeWitt; son, Roger DeWitt; parents, Oscar and Rener Sexton; brothers, Floyd Sexton, Loyd Sexton, Lester Sexton and Johnny Sexton; sister Nancy Irene Stark and half sisters, Eunice Harris and Euval Willis.
