Pauline (Bell) Hayes, 93, of Newington died on Monday August 06, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late John F. Hayes, Jr. Born in Hartford she grew up there and lived in Newington since 1955. Pauline worked at Loctite Corp. for many years and was a Hostess at the Nutmegger Restaurant, Newington. She enjoyed the activities at the Newington Senior Center, especially line dancing and the exercise class and was a member of the St. Mary’s Church. Survivors include her children and their spouses Andrea LeBrun and Donald of Newington, Mark Hayes and LouAnne of Marlborough, ZoeAnn Carrozzella and Donald of Glastonbury, Lori Hollings and John of Wethersfield, her ten grandchildren Nicole, Dameon, Sarah, Michael, Shelley, Corrin, Nathan, Samuel, Max and Morgan, her three great grandchildren Devlin, Cayden and Luca, her sister Helen O’Neil of Louisville, KY, her brother Robert Bell of Vernon and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her son Michael Hayes, her infant granddaughter Taylor Carrozzella and brothers John Bell and David Bell. Pauline’s family would like to thank the staff at St. Francis Hospital and Jefferson House for all the care and compassion they gave, during her stay there.
