Pauline Elizabeth Jones Smith, was called to her heavenly home on Sunday December 18, 2016, after a 4 ½ year battle with cancer. She passed peacefully in the palliative care unit of Lakeland Regional Hospital surrounded by her family.
Pauline was known by her family and friends as a hardworking & kind hearted woman, who loved her family unconditionally.
Pauline was born in Keysville, FL on September 13, 1951 to Austin & Marie Jones. She graduated from Pinecrest High school in 1970. Pauline was a lifelong resident of FL.
She worked for Delhaize super markets for over 20yrs.
She devoted her life to being the best mom that she could possibly be, making many sacrifices along the way.
She is survived by her daughters, Angie (Richard) Ullrich, Becky (Marcus) Bryan, Son; Daniel Carpenter, Nephew Ben Dixson whom she loved like a son & vice versa; Grandchildren; Ashley (Tyler Morgan) & Alissa Ullrich ( Justin Alexander), Alexandria & Ashley Bryan, & Caine & Cailey Carpenter; Great Grandchildren; Donavan & Hayden Morgan & Payton McCormick; her Sisters, Betty, Linda & Barbara, Brothers; Earl Wayne, Ray, & Randy, numerous nieces & nephews, & countless friends she met along the way.
