Pauline B. Furnish Furnish, 92, Anderson, passed away January 4, 2009 at Rawlins House, Pendleton after an extended illness. She was born June 22, 1916 in Indianapolis, Indiana, and resided in Anderson since 1935.
Pauline was a graduate of Brownsburg High School. She was the bookkeeper for Read-Canaday Corporation as well as other businesses in Anderson. She was a 50 year member of 1st Baptist Church where she was a member of the Olivet Sunday School Class, served on the Deaconess Board and was a sponsor for Baptist Youth Fellowship.
She is survived by her children, Curtis D. Marlene Furnish of Marienville, Pennsylvania, Jane Lynn Rockwell of Anderson and Norma K. Clark of Westfield; grandchildren, Miles Dina Furnish, Jason Mandy Furnish, Jarrett Furnish, Mark Nadine Rockwell, Kevin Cindy Rockwell, David fiancee, Camille Rockwell, Heather Jim Brownell and Brooke Brandon Gibson; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob David Furnish; parents, David L. & Fedelia A. Tindal Furnish; brother, Joseph David Furnish and sister, Rebecca Furnish.
