She was born on March 7, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Meryle and Rencee Coon. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Billy Armstrong, sons, Jay (Jackie) Armstrong and Jack (Jessi) Scott, brother, Roger Coon, sister, Jackie Bryant and her granddaughter, Aubrey Scott. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Paul and Patrick Coon, and her grandchild, baby (JJ) Armstrong.
