Paula Nicolette Chandler Morris was born in Chariton, Iowa on February 9, 1953 to Jean and Jake Chandler. Paula passed away peacefully on January 29, 2017 at the Circle of Life Legacy Lodge Hospice House in Chariton, Iowa at the age of 63.

Paula graduated from Chariton High School with the class of 1971. Paula was married to Terry Roberts and later Kirk Morris. She held numerous jobs throughout her lifetime working at the Gibson Department Store modeling at age 21, that later became the Pamida Store, Chariton Aluminum Products, The Maidrite. J.C. Penny Store in Des Moines.

Paula’s most treasured moments were those she spent with her beloved grandchildren and children.  Paula was also greatly loved by the many friendships she held… Her home was known as the “coffee house” where friends would gather with her for coffee and comradery.  Paula was a believer that no one is better than anyone else and she treated everyone with kindness and enjoyed sharing contagious laughter’s was known for helping all of her friends with open arms!

Preceding her in death are her parents Jean and Jake Chandler, her sister Cynthia Kay Chandler and previous spouses Terry Roberts and Kirk Morris. Surviving Paula is her brother Mark Chandler and Becky of Greeley, Co, her four children Nikki Roberts (Larry) of Rockfalls, Ill., Chris Morris (Shelby) of Chariton, Tarrah Morris (Mark) of Knoxville, Iowa and Tarrah’s father Steve Morris and Lindsey and RJ Gruwell of Russell and Lindsey’s father Fred Mackin and grandchildren Siara, Taylor and Avery, Bayley, Sydney, Sheena (the girls’ mother Misty), Bryson, Nattaley and Christopher Jr., Faith and Quinten, and the grand-fur-babies. Her special friend Charlie Patterson and other endless amounts of friends.
