Norwich – Paula (Murphy) Coutu, 62, of Smith Ave., died Monday morning March 28, 2016 at home. She was the loving companion of Stephen F. Srednicki for over 33 years, and wife of the late William E. Benoit and George Coutu. Born in Norwich, she was the daughter of the late John and Gertrude (Bazinet) Murphy.
Mrs. Coutu worked for many years as a restorative aide in area nursing homes.
Paula is survived by, a son Wade Benoit and his wife Melissa of Griswold and a brother Michael Murphy of Canterbury.
