Paul Wayne Vernon, 61, of Hepzibah passed away from a long illness at home with his family October 12, 2011.
He was born September, 28 1950, the son of the late Web and Lillian Hotchisk Vernon. He married Mary Ann Morris on October 24, 1976 at Lumberport, WV.
Mr. Vernon enjoyed gardening, drawing and painting. He loved his family and his dog, “Dink”, very much.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Eric Vernon; and two brothers, Jerry and Jackie Vernon.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 36 years, Mary Vernon of Hepzibah; daughter, Dianna Heater and husband James of Clarksburg; son, Michael Vernon of Hepzibah; three sisters, Linda Crum of Harpers Ferry, Ruth Altman of Bridgeport, Martha Vernon of Greenwood; bother, Willis Vernon of Dakota; and many nieces and nephews.
